Balsamic Mustard Flank Steak

Ingredients

  1. ¼ cup olive oil
  2. ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  3. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  4. 16 ounces flank steak
  5. Salt & pepper, to taste
  6. 4 basil leaves, sliced

Method

  • Step

    COMBINE and whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and mustard to make a marinade.

  • Step

    PLACE steak directly into the marinade. Cover it with a plastic wrap and marinate in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.

  • Step

    REMOVE the steak and marinade from the fridge and leave it at room temperature.

  • Step

    SELECT Preheat on the air fryer and press Start/Pause.

  • Step

    PLACE the steak into the preheated air fryer, select Steak, then press Start/Pause.

  • Step

    SLICE the steak at an appropriate angle to cut through tough muscle. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with basil, and serve.
