Return & Exchange Policy
Intro
HiCOZY provides a warranty for each of our products. You can find the precise warranty period of your
product in the instructions inside the box or on the chart below. Please note this warranty is effective
from the date of receipt. It is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchase.
Our warranty is for purchases made through HiCOZY official stores. For purchases made through other
resellers, please contact them directly. This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way
affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

30-Day Exchange & Return
Unsatisfactory products can be exchanged or fully refunded within 30 days of receipt. Only shipping fees
will apply. If the return is due to product faults, HiCOZY will provide a prepaid shipping label for the
return and will cover the shipping costs. If the return/replacement is due to personal reasons, buyers
will cover the shipping fee. We do not charge a restocking fee for any after-sales services.
Customer Support
Procedures for returns:
1.Quality-related issues:
For warranty claims regarding quality issues, a replacement item will be sent to the customer. If a
replacement is not feasible or desired, HiCOZY will provide a partial refund based on the device's usage
duration.
- To verify the purchase, buyer needs to provide the order number made through HiCOZY or
HiCOZY's authorized resellers and visible proof of the defective item(s) (photos or video).
- HiCOZY will either provide a new replacement or a refund for quality-related issues.
- We will cover the return shipping fee if the item needs to be sent back to our warehouse
for inspection.
2.Received the wrong item:
- Please provide a picture or video of the whole package you received. Return items must
be in original condition.
- Once the returned item is received, our team is responsible for issuing customers a full
refund or sending a new product.
- HiCOZY will pay the shipping cost of the return and reshipment.
3.Customer purchased the wrong item/doesn't want the item:
- The buyer undertakes the shipping costs of the return and replacement.
- HiCOZY will not grant a full refund unless the item is intact after it is received. Any
product that has been visibly used does not qualify for a return or exchange.
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
4.Missing parts:
- If your shipment arrives with missing parts, please contact us or submit your accessory
application directly online. We will send you the missing parts from our warehouse.
- HiCOZY is responsible for the shipping cost.
5.Item lost:
- If your shipment status is not updated within 5 days and you suspect that your package
is lost or missing, please contact us with your order number.
- The claim process may take up to 5 business days until an official confirmation is
received from the shipping company. We may also arrange a new shipment for you.
Return/Exchange Service Procedure
- Please fill in the specific application form of each service and kindly provide us with
the information required on the “Warranty Info” page.
- HiCOZY support will respond within 24-48 hours. Customers may need to return the
defective device first for quality inspection before HiCOZY sends a replacement.
- Please allow us to have 2-3 weeks processing time to issue the exchange or refund. Our
mechanic will inspect every returned item. After the inspection, ifthe defective item is found to be
from a manufacturer flaw, you will receive an exchange or refund. Depending on the payment method used,
the refund time will vary.
- PayPal: Usually within 24 hours. If the refund involves a credit or debit card payment,
the refund will normally reach your bank account within 3-5 business days of being processed by the
merchant. Credit Card: Usually takes 5-10 business days.
Important Information
- HiCOZY will replace any products found to be defective due to manufacturer flaws based
on eligibility. Warranty length varies depending on the specific product you purchased. This warranty
extends only to personal use and does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial,
rental, or any other use for which the product is not intended. There are no additional warranties other
than the warranties expressly set forth with each HiCOZY product.
- This warranty is non-transferable. HiCOZY is not responsible in any way for any damages,
losses, or inconveniences caused by equipment failure, users' negligence and abuse, users'
non-compliance with the user manual, and any additional safety, use, or warnings included in the product
packaging and manual.
- For warranty claims about quality issues, a replacement item will be dispatched. If a
replacement is not feasible or desired, HiCOZY will provide a partial refund based on the device's usage
duration.
Note: Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time
frame of the original defective item. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
This warranty does not apply to the following:
- Damage due to abuse, accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, or vandalism
- Items with an expired warranty period
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Improper or inadequate maintenance
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
- Lost or stolen products
- Damage received during the return transit
