Ingredients

  1. ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  2. 1 teaspoon salt, divided
  3. ½ teaspoon black pepper, divided
  4. ½ teaspoon garlic powder, divided
  5. ½ teaspoon paprika, divided
  6. 2 large eggs, beaten
  7. 1 tablespoon milk
  8. ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
  9. ½ cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  10. ½ pound large shrimp, peeled (tails left on) & deveined
  11. Nonstick cooking spray

  • Step

    MIX the flour and half of the seasonings and spices together in one bowl. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a separate bowl.

    COAT each shrimp with flour, dip in egg, and then roll in breadcrumbs and coconut. Dip in egg and crumbs again, then set aside.

    SELECT Preheat on the air fryer, adjust to 350°F, then press Start/Pause.

    ADD the shrimp evenly into the preheated air fryer and spray with the nonstick cooking spray.

    SELECT Frozen Foods, adjust time to 8 minutes, then press Start/Pause.

  • Step

    FLIP the shrimp halfway through cooking (the Shake Reminder function will let you know when).
