Method
COMBINE everything, except the chicken, into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
SOAK the chicken legs in the coconut marinade, and toss until they are completely coated. Marinate in the fridge for up to 1 hour.
SELECT Preheat on the air fryer, adjust to 350°F, then press Start/Pause.
REMOVE the chicken legs from the fridge and put them into the preheated air fryer.
COOK at 350°F for 20 minutes.
SERVE with steamed basmati rice.
